White Leaders for Race Equity

An immersive coaching experience creating a safe and trusting environment for white leaders to deepen their learning and take courageous action. As a cohort, we work through exercises, activities, and frameworks designed to build equitable organizations.

The Experience

 

This is a 3-month program with 90-minute sessions every two weeks. You’ll build practical new skills, deepen your capabilities as a leader dedicated to race equity, and help your organization transition to an equitable and inclusive culture.

Your Guide

 

Your primary guide is Michael Gregor, and he invites guest speakers and facilitators into the program.

Michael has become a trusted partner for bold leaders with a hunger to change how their organizations work. His approach brings together the core principles of co-active coaching, equity and inclusion, change management, human-centered design, and learning organizations to create experiences that lead to transformative results.

As a facilitator and a guide, Michael creates spaces where people feel heard and respected, thus bringing their best ideas and wisdom to work. He teaches leadership techniques designed to foster full participation and distribute greater power to those who are often excluded. As a queer white man committed to anti-racism, he offers an analysis of how power flows in organizations (and relationships) and insights into how those with power can change systems.

As a seasoned coach, inclusive facilitator, and expert consultant, Michael has partnered with organizations of all sizes to unlock their potential (working in social services, government, tech, philanthropy, consumer goods, and biotech). Michael has delivered consulting in change management, organization design, strategic planning, process design, and equity-centered cultural change to over 75 organizations. He has designed and facilitated numerous retreats, summits, offsites, and training experiences for leadership teams and all-company audiences.
