I started my career in activism and community organizing, with a deep desire to change the world. I learned what it’s like to galvanize passionate groups of people toward strategic change. And I learned that relationships and trust matter most when doing the hard work of transformation. These early experiences flow through everything I do—leading with equity, inclusion, and plenty of laughter.

I’m a lifelong learner—always exploring new methodologies, practices, and roles. I bring together the core principles of change management, equity and inclusion, human-centered design, co-active coaching, and mindfulness to deliver transformative results to leaders, teams, and even entire organizations. After years of co-leading incredible boutique consulting firms, I created my own in 2021.

I know what it’s like to go against the grain—and today I work with bold leaders who have a hunger to change how their organizations collaborate and work together. These are the agitators and visionaries who know a better future is possible and are willing to put in the work to get there. As a coach, consultant, and facilitator, I help leaders intentionally choose how to show up and what to focus on to achieve their goals.

Because two minds are often better than one, I also co-founded Liberation Labs with DEI strategist and friend Viva Asmelash to have an even greater impact on organizations of all kinds. We bring our shared expertise and multiple identities to organizations who center DEI in their strategy.
