Things to know about a coaching relationship with me

Recommended Structure:

  • I recommend meeting every two weeks for 50 minutes. I’m generally available 9-5 Pacific Time. We would occasionally email or text in between sessions, based on your needs.

  • We start with a 90-minute Discovery Session (details below)

  • In our sessions, we discuss specific challenges you are facing and/or tactics to help you reach your goals, all through the lens of helping you live in authentic alignment with your values

Discovery Session:

  • This is our place to design our coaching relationship and get to know each other better

  • I would ask you to do a little reflection and self-assessment in advance

  • We discuss your Purpose, Values, Leader Within (an internal force always available to guide you), and Saboteurs (the inner voices ready to hold you back)

  • We set Goals for our time together (what you want to create in your life through coaching)

Coaching Agreement:

  • We’ll sign a simple coaching agreement that describes our relationship, payment, ethics, & scheduling practices

  • The commitment is month-to-month, and you can end our agreement early if you feel it’s not a good fit
